Nimesis, a high-tech company specializing in the development of intelligent and innovative devices for the space industry, is looking for a Sales Manager to fill a new position.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Development Director, after a period of integration (presentation of the team, departments, discovery meetings…), you will develop the company’s sales based on current customers and prospects, with the aim of increasing market share.
You will be responsible for :
- Design sales proposals or promote our products/offers that meet customer needs while integrating their constraints (quotations and other sales documents).
- Draw up a list of prospects and design a prospecting plan: who to approach, when and how?
- Convincing customers of the relevance of the company’s products/services during meetings.
- Manage and monitor customer relations from lead to closing, with a view to building customer loyalty (regular exchanges with customers, reporting customer needs internally, ensuring the quality of the service provided/product sold and customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Regular reporting on ongoing actions.
You will be required to travel on a regular basis (trade shows, customer visits, training courses, forums, etc.) in order to promote the company and raise its profile both nationally and internationally. Once integrated into the Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for putting customers in touch with the company’s support/technical functions, with a view to meeting customer needs.

We work days from Monday to Friday, and our hours are flexible.
Our offices are in Mécleuves (20 minutes from Metz).
We offer a fixed salary according to profile (from €33k gross/year + variable) + vacation bonus + luncheon vouchers + employee savings scheme.
You are familiar with prospecting, negotiation and sales techniques. The use of the Pack Office, a CRM/ERP and the English language are no longer secrets to you.
We appreciate the fact that you have already had commercial experience(s) in B to B on a technical or industrial activity. As well as knowledge of the company’s sectors of activity (mainly space), technical knowledge associated with our business (precision micromechanics/shape memory alloys/space devices…).
Depending on your needs, we can train you on quality standards, the space industry, our technologies, or any other aspect necessary for you to take up your duties.
In addition to these skills, which are essential for the position, we appreciate your autonomy and your aptitude for teamwork. You are organized and versatile.
